I first used Oakview Window Company ten years ago to replace the wooden double glazed windows in our Hampstead home. They did such an excellent job that I used them to replace wooden double glazed windows in three investment flats that we own. When we recently moved to Richmond, London they were the only company I called to replace our eight wooden framed windows with triple glazed and laminated windows. The survey and quote were done quickly and professionally. I watched in amazement as the new windows were fitted with no damage to the interior decorations and tiles. The workmen worked with us to minimise our disruption. The finished product looks great, keeps the heat in and the noise out - all at a competitive price. I cannot recommend them enough.

Oakview have recently replaced our front door and we couldn't be more pleased with the result. The works were professionally planned and installers arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently, resulting in a neat, tidy job despite the various making good required to fit the new door frame and threshold. I had two new back windows installed and they look good. This company is by far one of the cheapest. However, this did come with drawbacks. Very poor customer service. Communication has to be done by e mail. Telephone conversations seem to be impossible. They don’t follow up on their work i.e. they never checked if I was happy with the job. When a problem arose there was no apology or offer to help sort the problem just blame on someone else. They don’t accept credit cards. I would not recommend them.
